About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day HR queries
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
- Support HRIS and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Support performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans
- Assist in learning and development initiatives to support employee growth
- Help implement succession planning and career development initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and support staffing strategies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, engagement, and productivity
- Conduct skill gap analyses to support development plans
- Support initiatives that reinforce company values and promote a positive workplace culture
- Assist in recognition and rewards programs to motivate employees
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a tech startup or B2B SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Preferred: experience in talent management, learning & development, or performance management
- Preferred: familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments
