About the role
- Become part of the global and strategic HR team 'People & Culture Global Operations & Technology'
- Support the conception and implementation of strategic HR topics with the local HR teams
- Work independently on global People & Culture topics, including preparation and compilation of reports, communicating with P&C teams around the world
- Participate in overarching international projects, including the design and implementation of a Job Architecture
Requirements
- Registered student in business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or comparable course (ideally with focus on human resources)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- First practical experience in an HR department is an advantage
- Confident command of English
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Enjoy a varied and responsible job in a dynamic and international team
