About the role

  • Build and strengthen relationships with vendor accounts in your assigned territory
  • Conduct daily pipeline reviews, identifying opportunities and driving follow-up actions
  • Ensure vendors move efficiently through the sales cycle by leading strategic, quota-driven conversations
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions virtually or over the phone
  • Communicate the Clicklease program and value proposition clearly and persuasively
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the regional outside sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term vendor success
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow financing volume with existing vendor partners
  • Research vendor industries to better understand client business needs and tailor solutions
  • Summarize territory performance, pipeline activity, and market insights for weekly reporting
  • Report geographic trends and business opportunities to management
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and activities in Salesforce CRM

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (application asks explicitly)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving business needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a professional, positive, and collaborative demeanor
  • Ability to work onsite in West Valley City from 8 AM – 5 PM on scheduled office days (hybrid requirement)
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship (application asks explicitly)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B equipment financing or financial services (preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
