About the role
- Inspire, mentor, and empower the inside sales team dedicated to account management
- Develop and enhance sales strategies to maximise upsell, cross-sell, and customer growth
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure precision in forecasting
- Evaluate team KPIs, ensure execution of sales initiatives, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to deliver seamless customer journeys and enhance retention
- Propel pipeline creation with emphasis on account development and value creation
- Resolve escalations and enhance account health to advocate for customer experience
- Provide insights on team performance, pipeline health, customer feedback, and revenue drivers
- Promote a customer-centric culture ensuring solutions align with customer needs
- Focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to meet business objectives
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in guiding an Inside Sales or Account Management team, ideally within a B2B environment
- Deep comprehension of sales strategies, customer journey management, and performance enhancement techniques
- Expertise in CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven history of achieving revenue goals as a team and fostering ongoing improvement
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated with effective time management and multitasking skills
