Operations

• Promoting a Health and safety culture in the day to day function of the Culligan Operations Team.
• Shaping and executing the Field Service Strategy across your regions ensuring alignment to wider business objectives.
• Accountable for driving the operational and commercial performance of your regions, continuous improvement and sharing of best practice.
• Accountable for delivering the Operational SDP plan and revenue targets.
• Responsible for recruiting, leading, inspiring and managing your regions
• Working to achieve development and growth in the skills and capabilities of your regions
• Building close working relationships between the Customer and the necessary operational and support teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of scheduled activities and management of stock/ inventory
• Accurately updating all relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of scheduled activities, inventory management and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
• Accountable for your regions governance and adherence to procedures and compliance with company policy and best practice. Including, but not limited to, any external audit requirements
• Ensuring compliance with the end to end Field Operations processes, policies and procedures

• Inspire, mentor, and empower the inside sales team dedicated to account management
• Develop and enhance sales strategies to maximise upsell, cross-sell, and customer growth
• Manage sales pipelines and ensure precision in forecasting
• Evaluate team KPIs, ensure execution of sales initiatives, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to deliver seamless customer journeys and enhance retention
• Propel pipeline creation with emphasis on account development and value creation
• Resolve escalations and enhance account health to advocate for customer experience
• Provide insights on team performance, pipeline health, customer feedback, and revenue drivers
• Promote a customer-centric culture ensuring solutions align with customer needs

Account Executive

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Experience and Marketing, to deliver exceptional service.
• Build sales pipeline for existing customer upsell and cross sell activities.
• Work with Customer Experience and shared service teams to maximise customer retention, satisfaction, service delivery and account health.
• Support the development of a sales pipeline with a focus on active opportunity and value creation.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, account growth, and customer feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers are aware of new solutions that meet their evolving needs.
