Business Development Rep

• We're looking for a driven, ambitious Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

• Design and deliver onboarding programmes (30/60/90 days) for new sales hires across multiple roles.
• Build certification and mentorship programmes to accelerate productivity and create a high-performance culture.
• Partner with Sales Operations to support CRM and sales tool training.
• Track and improve onboarding success metrics, including time-to-first-deal and quota attainment.
• Develop and implement sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC) aligned to business objectives.
• Create sales playbooks, qualification processes, account planning tools, and opportunity management frameworks.
• Capture and scale best practices from top-performing sales teams.
• Create and maintain sales enablement content including battle cards, value propositions, demo scripts, and training materials.
• Deliver ongoing training programmes focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership development.
• Develop engaging learning resources and post-training reinforcement initiatives.
• Own and optimise enablement platforms and learning systems.
• Build reporting and analytics to measure training effectiveness, content engagement, and certification progress.
• Use technology, AI, and automation to improve and scale enablement activities.

• Oversee and direct projects from their initiation through to completion and closure
• Create and update comprehensive project plans, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage change initiatives alongside project execution to guarantee adoption and long-term sustainability

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve agreed-upon objectives

• Step into the pivotal role of Sales Enablement Manager, where you'll spearhead the development and leadership of our sales enablement initiatives across the UK sales organisation.
• You'll craft and implement dynamic onboarding programs, design impactful sales playbooks and methodologies, create engaging sales content, and champion ongoing development—all aimed at boosting sales productivity, increasing win rates, and accelerating new hire ramp-up times.
• We're seeking a proactive leader who excels at designing innovative methodologies, producing compelling content, facilitating effective learning experiences, measuring outcomes, and driving the adoption of best practices within a diverse, multi-brand sales environment.
• In addition, you will take charge of leading the Incentive Plan and Commission processes, collaborating with senior Commercial leaders to provide insights on payout forecasts, targeting, and bespoke incentive and bonus structures.

Sales Incentive and Enablement Manager

Analyst

• Build and maintain weekly pipeline dashboards showing coverage, velocity, stage conversion, and deal health
• Support Enterprise Sales Leader(s) in forecast calls - providing data-driven perspectives on commit calls
• Track pipeline waterfall relating it to forecast expectations and flag risks proactively
• Analyse pipeline coverage ratios by segment, rep, and product - surface gaps before they become problems
• Attend deal review meetings with data book prepared [deal history, progression, comparable deals)
• Flag at-risk deals based on stall patterns, missing next steps, or historical win/loss signals
• Challenge optimistic close dates or amounts with evidence from similar deals
• Maintain 'swing deal' tracker for high-impact opportunities requiring executive attention
• Analyse CAC/LTV and Pricing structure
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance snapshots
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on request
• Build rep-level scorecards showing activity, CRM health, attainment trends
• Prepare materials for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
• Weekly 1:1 with Sales Vertical Leadership – proactively setting the agenda, not order-taking
• Become the 'go-to' for Business Unit data questions - own credibility through accuracy and speed
• Translate sales leader asks into analytical frameworks – not just pulling reports
• Build trust through reliability and project delivery
• Territory & Capacity Planning: Model optimal territory design, quota allocation, headcount requirements
• Compensation Plan Modelling: Scenario test comp plan changes, build payout calculators, analyse incentive effectiveness
• Win/Loss Analysis: Interview reps, analyse patterns, produce actionable insights on what's working
• Market & Competitive Research: Size TAM/SAM, benchmark performance, assess competitive positioning
