About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive new business development across the premium UK hospitality sector, with a core focus on London.
  • Build, manage and convert a high‑quality pipeline of premium prospects.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with owners, founders and senior decision‑makers.
  • Deliver consultative, insight‑led sales conversations focused on both commercial and ESG impact.
  • Establish Purezza as the best‑in‑class service offering and category leader within premium hospitality.
  • Actively network within the industry, attending key events and building brand presence.
  • Represent Purezza with professionalism, confidence and a deep understanding of our sustainability and service‑led value proposition.
  • Work cross‑functionally to support brand building, market strategy and customer success.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Provide market insights to help shape product, marketing and commercial strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within hospitality or a related premium sector.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup‑style, fast‑moving environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Growth mindset — always learning, improving and pushing for better.
  • Commercially sharp with strong instincts for value creation.
  • Detail‑oriented and disciplined in your approach.
  • Confident operating in a relationship‑led, premium sales environment.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer.
