Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs within DDSI clinical research
Oversee and execute numerous projects through all phases of delivery
Implement improvement initiatives, identify and resolve issues, and provide administrative leadership
Appoint and onboard clinical research fellows
Support regulatory submissions and documentation and prepare internal and external compliance reports
Maintain integrity, efficiency and audit-readiness of DDSI’s research programs
Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
Participate in budgetary processes and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
Work schedule: Days 8:00am–4:30pm (part-time)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures

Must comply with influenza prevention program, including obtaining influenza vaccination or approved exemption
