About the role
- Handle customer support calls and emails as front-line Tech Support Representative
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Use Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (training provided if needed)
- Follow troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate to Level 2 support when necessary
- Actively listen to customer issues and provide clear, empathetic solutions
- Assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
- Provide basic guidance related to cars and car parts (training will be provided)
Requirements
- Male candidate preferred
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Some knowledge of cars and car parts (trainable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Availability for part-time schedule: 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week (flexible shifts)
