Plan and maintain work schedules and routes for technicians which ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maximized revenue
Assign jobs based on skills, location, urgency, and availability
Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates to customers and staff
Adjust schedules as needed to resolve conflicts, delays, cancellations, and urgent requests
Act as a central point of contact between clients, technicians, operations, other schedulers, sales, and management via constant phone calls, DMs, texts, emails, and internal notes
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and company standards
Requirements
Experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or coordinator (field service scheduling experience preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Articulate, Pleasant, and Shrewd in client communications
Proficiency with google suite, Hubspot, and FSMs/Dispatching softwares
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
40 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9AM - 6PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
