Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara’s value proposition to potential clients
Requirements
Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environment
Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Based in Cuiabá, Brazil
Working proficiency in Portuguese
Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
Nice to haves: Experience in financial services, expense management software, or relevant verticals; Network within the local business ecosystem in Cuiabá; Basic proficiency in Spanish or desire to learn; Experience or interest in using AI tools; A good sense of humor
