About the role
- Identify and convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
- Build and cultivate relationships with creators and collaborate with Lead Account Executive
- Identify upsell opportunities using creator data
- Represent Teachable and provide product solutions for creators
- Maintain effective communication with partners and resolve issues
- Utilize AI tools to automate sales tasks and streamline workflows
- Manage reporting metrics and provide insights
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth to optimize lead generation
- Maintain detailed CRM records and meet monthly/quarterly targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot) and call transcription tools (Fireflies, Fathom)
- Curiosity and motivation to use LLMs and AI agents for workflow improvements
- Analytical skills and ability to make evidence-based recommendations
- Strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and time management
- Ability to be independent, self-motivated, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
