About the role
- Manage the entire sales process from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals
- Forge meaningful connections, grasp client requirements, and deliver tailored facility service solutions
- Proactive prospecting, relationship development, and strategic selling to drive business growth
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and opportunities
- Run building surveys, present proposals, and close sales by addressing client pain points and overcoming objections
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations
- Perform competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of the facility maintenance industry
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up on prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
- Represent City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt to various work environments (industrial, medical, office, retail, etc.), where air quality and temperature may vary
- Must pass a pre-employment background check due to the safety-sensitive nature of this role
