About the role

  • Responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals.
  • Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
  • Close sales by building rapport, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.
  • Utilize and manage CRM to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Maintain and manage Top 100/Hot 25 list in the CRM.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere through professional communication and behavior.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
  • 2-3 year prior history working in a B2B sales environment, and track record of success.
  • "Hunter" sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientation (ability to follow up)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems
