Identify and prioritize key markets to drive business growth and success.
Sell new accounts as well as maintain and grow existing accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Lead major account planning initiatives to strategically cultivate and nurture key client relationships.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
Develop sales and account strategies and relationship plans.
Follow and execute a solution sales process for prospecting and converting new client acquisition.
Uncover new revenue opportunities with your prospect or customer based on the understanding of goals, workflows, and strategies being deployed within the accounts.
Proactively engage in timely and accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
Accurate upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
Utilize sales tools such as Zoom info as needed.
Work with Sales Director and Product Management and provide ongoing client feedback.
Adhere to Companys administrative guidelines including customer activity documentation, monthly/quarterly sales reports and required training.
Participate in the sales mentorship program; mentor and train representatives and collaborate with peers.
Requirements
Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience in Sales or Marketing
5-7 years experience in consultative B2B Media sales (industrial/manufacturing sector) preferred.
Advanced communication, leadership and strategic planning skills
Demonstrated ability to interact, present and persuade all levels of customers including senior level leadership.
Demonstrated success in managing key client relationships.
Strong professional presence with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
