About the role

  • Provide operations support for Account Opening and retail account servicing, including representment processing (100% of time)
  • Support the Leadership team in seamless process transitions and Go-Live phases
  • Assist Leadership to achieve and maintain workforce occupancy >=95% in Work Force Management systems
  • Drive automation, synergy, and process simplification using Value Stream Maps (VSMs) to eliminate at least 8% of MTPs
  • Plan and execute cross-training initiatives to enhance team efficiency and Business Continuity resilience
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships through regular communication
  • Champion and lead initiatives for employee engagement, learning, and development; participate in CSC/LOB/Site and Global activities
  • Provide effective backup to immediate supervisor to ensure uninterrupted BAU operations
  • Ensure fair, balanced, and client-driven interactions with internal and stateside partners
  • Uphold Client Excellence values and prioritize customer needs to deliver superior experiences
  • Contribute to automation, reengineering, and rationalization of control and monitoring steps and frequencies
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, prevent loss occurrences, and strengthen process controls
  • Develop and mentor team members and contribute to strategic planning, MIS and quality reporting
  • Understand upstream and downstream account services processes and analyze operations information to solve problems

Requirements

  • 06 – 08 Yrs relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Citi AI Tools
  • Lean Certified
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Branch and client servicing
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
