  • About the Role:
  • Lyra is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Customer and Partner Ecosystem team.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that is highly collaborative and able to synthesize input from many different cross-functional teams in articulating and executing a roadmap.
  • This Senior PM will play a critical role in owning product planning and launches, partnering closely with Product (PM, Design), Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success (CS), Operations, and the leadership team to execute our product strategy and achieve our business goals.
  • This role is highly visible and is crucial in ensuring that we execute at a high level across every facet of product management, development, and operations.
  • This role will be located onsite at our Burlingame, CA headquarters (hybrid; 1-2 days per week in-office).

Requirements

  • BA/BS, or equivalent experience, required
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, or a related role in a software development environment
  • Demonstrated experience fostering a strong partnership with enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and customer success teams to meet customer needs
  • Prior experience driving platform products and partner integrations
  • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to think strategically and tactically to solve problems and drive results while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Curiosity and passion to learn more about your users, our market, our product, the competitive landscape, and much more
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong, proactive ownership over one’s area of responsibility; has an innate sense of accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset
  • Nice-to-have: experience working with platform product teams, scaling solutions across the business and other product teams
