About the role
- Take ownership of customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, Train customers on the use of the software, Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, Coordinate collaboratively with internal teams, Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Customer Success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, 2+ years software implementation experience, Experience in a healthcare setting a plus, Project Management, Critical thinking and problem-solving, Strong time management and organization, Excellent verbal and written communication, Empathy, Customer Service mindset and focus, Curiosity and self-motivation, Confidence and resilience
