About the role
- Drive product commercialization of payments solutions for Financial Institutions, primarily for Europe and UK
- Partner with Cluster Payments Head and FI Sales Head to execute commercialization initiatives
- Drive collaboration with FI Sales to ensure sales enablement
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute marketing campaigns and thought leadership
- Identify and drive data-led initiatives and client analysis to capture growth insights
- Engage and support regional partners within global payments product organization
- Represent Citi at industry events, forums and working groups
- Perform market scans, drive innovation and work across TTS product groups and geographies
Requirements
- Relevant experience in FI Payments space
- Proven track record of success in commercializing and delivering payments products
- Exposure to and understanding of business analysis, data and payment mechanisms
- Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
- Fast learner with intellectual curiosity
- Results-oriented with superior interpretative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders
- Willingness to monitor competition, market trends and new technologies
- Ability to appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules and regulations
