Own and evolve the roadmap for SKUtrak Core, aligning customer needs with strategic goals
Lead structured discovery to deeply understand customer jobs-to-be-done
Use data, evidence, and judgment to evaluate opportunities and focus on high-impact work
Partner with engineering and design to deliver valuable improvements quickly and iteratively
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure successful launches
Define and track success metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Champion a learning mindset, using feedback to improve both the product and how we build
Requirements
2–5 years in B2B product management, ideally SaaS
Proven experience driving complex digital products end-to-end
Strong discovery and research skills, with a customer-first, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with data: interpreting metrics, exploring datasets, collaborating with analysts
Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions
Organised and pragmatic, with sharp prioritization skills
Bonus: Experience in retail, consumer goods, or data-driven products
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or equivalent
Bonus: Understanding of analytics, dashboards, or B2B data products
