Revenue Operations

• Own the end-to-end deal process: quote-to-close, contract routing, approval workflows, and signatory management.
• Manage and maintain our contract tooling (currently PandaDoc; DocuSign consolidation in flight).
• Be the first call for AEs when a deal gets complicated — structure, pricing exceptions, multi-year terms.
• Partner with legal and finance on contract templates, renewal workflows, and CLM as it evolves.
• Own the operational side of key partnerships (e.g., UNFI), including sell rules, agreement tracking, and internal coordination.
• Build and maintain the internal knowledge base so AEs can self-serve on partner rules.
• Design and run onboarding for new AEs on our revenue stack (SF, Apollo, Gong, PandaDoc).
