About the role
- Recruiter for the Partner Agent Program responsible for identifying and recruiting experienced real estate agents to join the network
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, networking events, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to determine specific requirements and skills needed
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing agents
- Join the company in shaping the future of the Partner Agent Program
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and attract top talent
- Familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet recruitment targets
