About the role

  • First point of contact for customers via calls, emails, social and other channels using ticketing system
  • Call and ticket/email handling
  • Provide comprehensive support addressing general inquiries, resolving missing orders, collaborating with internal and external teams
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding prescriptions or purchases
  • Grow into additional tasks and responsibilities as confidence increases
  • Work within a team to deliver world-class service to patients and customers

Requirements

  • German language skills (essential), preferably native speaker
  • Right to work in the UK at time of application (no sponsorship)
  • Experience with Zendesk (or similar) preferred
  • Experience handling vulnerable customers preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
