About the role
- Coordinate and maintain data quality in credit systems; capture and record credit exposures, obligors and facilities
- Prepare complex Credit Approvals (CA) and track CAs during approval process, ensuring approvals are received and recorded in compliance with policy
- Monitor and report credit exposure, detect trends from limit monitoring to assess credit line, operational, or system needs
- Assist businesses by responding to information needs and contribute to development of reports and other tools
- Escalate deficiencies, recommend delinquent strategies and manage control issues with transparency
- Assume informal/formal leadership role; coach and train new recruits
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and safeguard Citigroup, its clients and assets
- Play a pivotal role in automation, transformation and project management related to CRMS
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Exceptional organization and process management ability
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight and changeable timeframe while maintaining high level of accuracy
- Advanced analytical skills and time management skills; excellent attention to details
- Intermediate technical skills including intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
