About the role
- As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for managing and supporting the CRM applications, primarily focused on Salesforce across field service, and customer ops.
- This role will also help support the integrations between other systems such as NetSuite and Chargebee along with implementing technical and functional solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for technical analysis, design, develop, test and implement solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations
- Perform technical analysis, design, develop, test and implement solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations
- Maintain flows, data validation and processes already deployed
- Improve and optimize existing processes
- Gather requirements from product owners and the business
- Own, document, and be an expert in processes, objects and automations related to Salesforce
- Proactively offer best practice advice and recommendations
- Evaluate and implementing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
- Provide ongoing support to users, assist in research and follow up on user requests
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification preferred
- Salesforce Field Service experience preferred
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Competency with Salesforce automations, including flows
- Self-starter with a track record of creativity and innovation; not afraid to “chase down” answers.
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Desire to continue learning Salesforce and additional systems and platforms
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
