About the role
- Implement and adopt overall data governance strategy for HR in line with EDO strategy
- Adopt data governance frameworks and standards and ensure Technical requirements are defined and prioritized
- Partner with EDO and Technology to drive implementation and adoption of tools for data governance
- Prioritize and drive integration and adoption of tools and processes for effective data governance
- Build strong partnership with business stakeholders to drive strategic direction and investment decisions
- Own development and communicate long-term vision and goals for a portfolio of platform products
- Lead organizational planning and serve as representative to Leadership; compile Exec level communications
- Monitor KPIs of portfolio and review with technology peers and business partners
- Interface with Business and stakeholders; make trade off decisions for platform product portfolio
- Own business and platform requirements for Data Governance portfolio
- Set direction for platform design for a large enterprise or portfolio of platform products
- Determine release goals for a large enterprise portfolio
- Create comprehensive user experience for an entire customer domain
- For issues, communicate to Sr. Management; assess alternatives and build path to green and resolution plans
- Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval
- Ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations and Citi policies
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role
- Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models
- Experience delivering technology products/services in high growth environments
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- First-class leadership and influencing skills, including experience managing a Tech Team
- Demonstrated interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent
- Bachelor’s/University degree (Master’s degree preferred)
