About the role

  • Lead full regional sales organization including Inside and Outside Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Sales Process functions
  • Achieve regional revenue and booking targets
  • Drive execution of the commercial strategy
  • Translate high-level sales strategies into actionable plans
  • Align business processes and coach team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Set and execute commercial strategy and guide sales process improvements
  • Work with upper and Executive Management to set Goals/Objectives/Targets for the region and key business accounts
  • Manage other managers to deliver results
  • Foster a culture of accountability and success

Requirements

  • BS/BA required
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Process
  • Ability/latitude to make decisions to achieve defined goals
  • Acceptable driving record to be insurable to drive for company business
  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis
  • Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis
  • Must be able to climb and descend stairs
  • Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
  • May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt
  • 50% travel required
