About the role
- Own and execute growth strategies to expand the client base and revenue, identifying high-potential verticals, partnerships, and services while managing the BD pipeline with a performance-driven culture.
Partner with SDR and Marketing to maintain a consistent flow of high-quality leads and convert them into long-term client relationships.
Assess, refine, and scale operational workflows to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment between sales promises and execution.
Implement data-driven reporting, KPIs, and streamlined processes to track performance, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement across teams.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while serving as the connective link between sales, operations, and leadership to align priorities and deliver results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth, operations, or business leadership, ideally in e-commerce, Amazon, or marketplace services, including hands-on business development within Amazon’s advertising ecosystem.
Proven success in scaling revenue, optimizing operations, and driving results in high-growth environments.
Skilled deal-maker with expertise in complex, consultative sales cycles.
Exceptional problem-solver who identifies bottlenecks quickly and implements effective operational solutions.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with grit, resilience, and a bias for action in challenging, fast-paced settings.
