Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Manage the offer process, including extending job offers and negotiating terms as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future clinical and operational openings.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements in healthcare recruitment.
Foster a positive and inclusive hiring experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates at every stage.
Represent Waystar at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on clinical and/or operational roles in healthcare or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and clinical job requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
