Manager

• Provide support to Artists and Artistic Staff;
• Act as liaison between Artistic and Technical Staff;
• Assist with integration of new Artists into production;
• Enforce production rules, policies and procedures; apply discipline when requested;
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of safety procedures;
• Manage rehearsals and training sessions as assigned;
• Ensure all equipment is in place and in working order for rehearsals and training sessions;
• Call technical cues for trainings;
• Prepare show lineup and communicate changes to the appropriate technical departments and artists;
• Manage backstage areas during show;
• Apply, facilitate and supervise emergency measures;
• Maintain the show’s records and procedures;
• Assist in the preparation of long- and short-term schedules;
• Assist with archival recordings;
• Complete other job-related duties as assigned by the General Stage Manager.

Assistant Stage Manager

Operations

• In collaboration with the Technical Director and Production Department Manager, manage the show’s department during performances, Artist training, rehearsals and maintenance
• Complete various HR/administrative tasks for the department (payroll, scheduling, onboarding, hiring, disciplinary actions, purchasing, fiscal responsibilities)
• Work closely with department leads, Artistic Leadership, Coaching and Artist coaches
• Oversee all Automation, Rigging, Scenic and Props equipment that affect show operations
• Work on budgets and forecasting of departmental needs, including inventory, purchasing of supplies and PO reconciliation
• On rotation fill in as Technical Manager on Duty for show coverage
• Ensure departmental documentation is completed accurately and timely; set strategy and standards for documentation and training
• Inspect and maintain equipment, stage and backstage areas
• Learn, program and run show tracks as needed to ensure safe operation
• Coordinate and oversee support for special projects: research, purchasing, construction and installation of new show elements
• Establish and maintain training and backup plans to ensure continuity of performance operations
• Assist other departments for cross-departmental support and communicate with teams when needed
• Adhere to and promote OSHA regulations; participate in health, safety and emergency rescue procedure training
• Ensure health and safety training records are current and assist in crew scheduling for training
• Contribute to a safe and positive working environment and uphold Cirque du Soleil standards, values, policies and regulations
• Complete all other job-related duties as assigned.

Project Manager

• As Project Manager, B2B Development and Marketing, you will support Cirque du Soleil's development initiatives with prospects and partners around the world, reporting to the VP, Strategic Development.
• This role combines marketing, business development, and project management. You will support the team in monitoring development efforts. You will ensure that customer relationship management tools are kept up to date, develop and update marketing and sales tools, and manage B2B marketing activities. Your contribution will be essential in transforming strategic opportunities into extraordinary experiences.
• Main responsibilities: include pipeline tracking, CRM maintenance, marketing tools development, planning and coordination of B2B marketing activities, SEO/SEM, content for digital/social platforms, website management, RFP responses.
• Profile: Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years experience, Salesforce, etc.
