About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, analyze and send eligibility reports to the various insurers on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate, prepare, analyze and submit payroll declarations to the different insurers.
  • Coordinate, prepare, analyze and submit various in-year audits with the different insurers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, prepare and annually submit information required by the ACA (Obamacare) in the USA.
  • Verify compliance of life insurance beneficiary forms for touring productions and follow up as needed.
  • Coordinate with the advisors responsible for cases to open claims with insurers for both workplace accidents and personal disability files.
  • Validate certain payroll files related to disabilities and workplace accidents.
  • Coordinate COBRA payments for touring productions.
  • Process payments for various invoices and reconcile departmental credit card statements.
  • Manage the CNESST mailbox as well as the department’s email inbox (triage).
  • Coordinate medical assessments (schedule appointments, complete and forward required documents to the medical expert and the employee).
  • Train and guide internal stakeholders on all aspects of disability and insurance management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in business administration or in human resources management is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to synthesize information and identify connections.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset.
  • Knowledge of CNESST is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Good prioritization and time-management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in one’s work.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
