Merchandise Coordinator – Consumer Products

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary liaison with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure all goods are shipped, received, and delivered according to PO requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Create and process internal shipping requests to support the timely movement of merchandise, supplies, and promotional materials between locations
- Partner closely with the Logistics team to coordinate shipments, monitor tracking information, and proactively address delivery delays or issues
- Prepare Goods Receipt records for incoming shipments, verifying quantities, condition, and supporting documentation to maintain inventory accuracy and financial compliance
- Create and manage stock transfer requests for all shows and locations, ensuring accurate inventory allocation and timely movement of merchandise to support operational needs
- Create commercial invoices and all other supporting documentation for domestic and international stock transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Support store openings and merchandise launches by ensuring product shipments arrive complete, correctly labeled, and on schedule
- Complete all other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Merchandising or related field, or on the job/work equivalent experience
- At least one year of experience working in traditional and/or non-traditional logistics outlets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of ethical sourcing and sustainable practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and robust organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of all MS Office, SAP and Adobe Products is an asset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel as required, sometimes internationally
- Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization.
