About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure all goods are shipped, received, and delivered according to PO requirements, timelines, and quality standards
  • Create and process internal shipping requests to support the timely movement of merchandise, supplies, and promotional materials between locations
  • Partner closely with the Logistics team to coordinate shipments, monitor tracking information, and proactively address delivery delays or issues
  • Prepare Goods Receipt records for incoming shipments, verifying quantities, condition, and supporting documentation to maintain inventory accuracy and financial compliance
  • Create and manage stock transfer requests for all shows and locations, ensuring accurate inventory allocation and timely movement of merchandise to support operational needs
  • Create commercial invoices and all other supporting documentation for domestic and international stock transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Support store openings and merchandise launches by ensuring product shipments arrive complete, correctly labeled, and on schedule
  • Complete all other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Merchandising or related field, or on the job/work equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience working in traditional and/or non-traditional logistics outlets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of ethical sourcing and sustainable practices is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and robust organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of all MS Office, SAP and Adobe Products is an asset
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel as required, sometimes internationally
  • Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization.
