About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead various aspects of the implementation of HR technology solutions, from planning through knowledge transfer, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
- Gather, clarify and document business requirements for projects, improvements and maintenance initiatives, and analyze impacts from user, process, technology and organizational perspectives.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Talent systems roadmap to identify technological solutions aligned with our organizational objectives and Talent strategy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to advance the digitalization of the employee experience.
- Ensure seamless integration between our Talent ecosystem and the broader Cirque ecosystem.
- Support the development of HR analytics and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a university degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field;
- You have five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in a similar role;
- You are well versed in SuccessFactors (certification is an asset) and have knowledge of Workforce Software (a significant asset);
- You have proven experience in project management, process improvement, and system/module implementation;
- You have a strong ability to analyze processes with organization-wide impacts;
- You are recognized as a team player and easily build productive professional relationships with internal and external partners;
- You enjoy working on multiple assignments simultaneously and delivering them on schedule;
- You are comfortable communicating in both French and English, orally and in writing.
