About the role
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies
- Communicate insights and reports on performance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive overall positive client experience
- Manage multiple client accounts and coordinate with the Client Strategy Manager
- Work with the Activations team to ensure alignment and clear instructions
- Upsell and cross-sell services to enhance client marketing efforts
- Track and analyze campaign performance (email marketing revenue, open rate, etc.)
- Drive client retention, satisfaction (NPS), account growth, and team collaboration
- Share industry insights to support thought leadership and case studies
Requirements

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
