About the role

  • Drive account expansion within existing customer base
  • Maintain executive sponsorship and develop comprehensive account plans and strategies
  • Foster relationships and work with Customer Value Managers and other teams to identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute account development strategies and account penetration models
  • Craft value messaging targeted at chief economic buyers and partner with supporting functions to enhance brand presence in assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record of developing existing Accounts and driving complex multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Domain knowledge in Spend Management would be a plus
  • Ability to identify client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and bringing fresh ideas to replace existing solutions with Coupa’s Spend Management solutions
  • Collaborating with customers, CVMs, and internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
