About the role
- Drive account expansion within existing customer base
- Maintain executive sponsorship and develop comprehensive account plans and strategies
- Foster relationships and work with Customer Value Managers and other teams to identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute account development strategies and account penetration models
- Craft value messaging targeted at chief economic buyers and partner with supporting functions to enhance brand presence in assigned accounts
Requirements
- Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record of developing existing Accounts and driving complex multi-stakeholder engagements
- Domain knowledge in Spend Management would be a plus
- Ability to identify client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions
- Out-of-the-box thinking and bringing fresh ideas to replace existing solutions with Coupa’s Spend Management solutions
- Collaborating with customers, CVMs, and internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
