About the role
- Responsible for handling all aspects of customer service and acting as a liaison
- Provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve customer problems
- Educate customers on product offerings
- Manage incoming calls and text-based tickets
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role is a must
- Proven record of successful customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
- Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
- Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a must
- Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
