About the role

  • Responsible for handling all aspects of customer service and acting as a liaison
  • Provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve customer problems
  • Educate customers on product offerings
  • Manage incoming calls and text-based tickets
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service
  • Coordinate resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role is a must
  • Proven record of successful customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude
  • Ability to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
  • Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
  • Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a must
  • Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
