Compliance

• Supportare la revisione ed approvazione della documentazione batch record
• Affiancare nel flusso di approvazione dei lotti bulk e semilavorati per la successiva certificazione e rilascio da parte della Persona Qualificata
• Gestione in affiancamento delle non conformità con segnalazione al Responsabile ed alla Persona Qualificata per opportuna valutazione
• Gestione in affiancamento delle non conformità e coordinamento le azioni correttive e preventive necessarie a garantire la qualità dei prodotti
• Collaborare con gli enti preposti verifica dello stato di avanzamento delle approvazioni, utilizzando gli strumenti di controllo informatico o le informazioni correnti, allo scopo di assicurare la disponibilità del prodotto nel rispetto dei programmi
• Collaborare al miglioramento per gli aspetti GMP dei documenti Master di produzione-controllo e procedure correlate

Intern – Product Compliance & Release

Controller

• Support data collection, analysis, and the preparation of financial files and presentations used in planning cycles
• Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
• Contribute to performance monitoring and identification of rationalization opportunities within the Other Brands product portfolio
• Participate in Finance and CARE team meetings, gaining exposure to how Finance supports and influences business decision‑making

Intern – Junior Controller, BU Care

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide high-level guidance as well as operational support to Affiliate Finance teams concerning the main financial processes
• Liaise mainly with the Region and Country staff
• Support to Monthly Closing & Reporting
• Assist in preparing regional monthly reports and performance dashboards
• Perform first level variance analyses (Actual vs Plan vs Forecast)
• Contribute to Budget, Forecast and Long‑Range Plan cycles
• Assist in building ad‑hoc analyses and KPIs to track performance
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools
• Interact with Country Finance teams and support finance‑related projects
