HR Operations Specialist
Chiesi GroupHR Operations Specialist supporting professional development and team collaboration at Chiesi. Creating reports and participating in onboarding activities in a dynamic environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Creation and modeling of dashboards for the Works Council (CSE)/training committee — e.g., training forecast plans and training reports (verifying training data entry)
- Updating L&D presentations: training framework / EPP (professional performance review), etc.
- Monitoring and coordinating actions related to agreements (seniors / GEPP — workforce planning and career management)
- Launching, tracking and analyzing impact measurements for training and employee experience
- Creating/designing REFLEX sheets
- Facilitating the Onboarding program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying for a Bac+2 or Bac+3 (equivalent to a 2- or 3-year higher education diploma) in HR administrative management, SME management assistant (assistant de gestion PME) / GEA, or accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Interest in HR IT systems (ADP, SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Comfortable working with numbers / numerical aptitude
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Adaptability and curiosity
- Motivated
- Good written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Preferred work-study rhythm: 1 week school / 3 weeks company, or 4 days company / 1 day school
