About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creation and modeling of dashboards for the Works Council (CSE)/training committee — e.g., training forecast plans and training reports (verifying training data entry)
  • Updating L&D presentations: training framework / EPP (professional performance review), etc.
  • Monitoring and coordinating actions related to agreements (seniors / GEPP — workforce planning and career management)
  • Launching, tracking and analyzing impact measurements for training and employee experience
  • Creating/designing REFLEX sheets
  • Facilitating the Onboarding program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently studying for a Bac+2 or Bac+3 (equivalent to a 2- or 3-year higher education diploma) in HR administrative management, SME management assistant (assistant de gestion PME) / GEA, or accounting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Interest in HR IT systems (ADP, SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • Comfortable working with numbers / numerical aptitude
  • Rigor and strong organizational skills
  • Adaptability and curiosity
  • Motivated
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Preferred work-study rhythm: 1 week school / 3 weeks company, or 4 days company / 1 day school
