• This is a broad techno/functional role (not administrative or HR)
• This position will serve as the system's "owner" and technical subject matter expert for the ChargePoint HRIS systems.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and proper use of information within the system.
• Reporting, system integration, security administration, configuration, testing, UX, and business process design.
• Report to the Sr. Manager of IT and act as an SME with the HR, Payroll, and other teams.
• Facilitate change management and system adoption.
• Draft end-user documentation and training whenever necessary.

Marketing

• Create and deliver a wide range of marketing assets, including sales decks, one-pagers, brochures, FAQs, competitive positioning documents, product training materials, and more.
• Adapt complex technical information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content.
• Support product launches with execution-ready deliverables such as pitch decks, collateral, and enablement tools.
• Manage multiple projects at once, consistently meeting deadlines with little oversight.
• Ensure materials are aligned with brand standards and tailored to target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing managers and product teams, but independently drive execution from draft to final.

Segment Marketing Specialist

• Develop and execute integrated campaigns: Create, manage, and monitor full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive demand, high conversions, and quality pipeline.
• Master marketing tactics: Using email, webinars, web chat, search, and social to develop relevant buyer journeys that meet them where they are and how they want to consume information.
• Align stakeholders: Partner across sales, marketing, and operations to drive alignment on messaging, content, and marketing motions while ensuring process alignment, pipeline growth, and overall efficiency.

• Monitor and maintain the connectivity of IoT devices across various cellular providers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, escalating to providers as necessary
• Open and manage support tickets with IoT providers to resolve network issues
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates during outages and incidents
• Collaborate with the business to support new initiatives and ensure seamless integration with IoT providers
• Identify and develop automation of repetitive and bulk tasks
