About the role
- Fully embed within a long-standing UK retail client as an Executive Talent Partner
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand talent requirements across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement
- Deliver strategic hiring solutions aligned with business needs and long-term growth
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to offer management
- Build strong pipelines of exceptional talent using innovative sourcing techniques
- Provide market insights and data to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage
Requirements
- 6+ Proven experience in executive recruitment
- Advantage if you have worked within Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and recruitment strategies
- Experience in process redefining, continuously improving recruitment approaches
- Proactive, adaptable, and confident in working in an embedded talent model
