About the role
- Join a cross-functional product team (Product Designer, Engineering Team Lead, Engineers) and lead a product area
- Improve the existing product and own research on entirely new opportunities
- Run continuous product discovery, working closely with customers
- Inform decisions with qualitative and quantitative research
- Own the team's roadmap and long-term vision; contribute to company product strategy
- Participate in customer research from day one and collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer problems
- Deliver product improvements regularly in a fast-paced release cadence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and delivering high-quality digital products
- Strong customer focus and empathy
- Proven track record running product discovery; comfortable conducting user interviews and analyzing quantitative data
- Passionate about quality, with a keen eye for detail, usability, and exceptional user experience
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product designers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill and convey complex topics
- Experience owning the long- and medium-term vision and team roadmap
- Ability to measure product success and iterate continuously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases (as often as every two weeks)
- Bonus: experience in high-growth SaaS B2B companies
- Bonus: advanced knowledge of software development principles and the work of software engineers
