About the role
- Reporting to the Team Leader and joining the client services team in Bracknell
- Act as a point of contact assisting customers with inquiries and booking appointments
- Provide information and cross-selling of additional services
- Contact previous and current clients to discuss opportunities LRG can offer
- Process customers online applications and convert to appointments/leads for local branches
- Assist in the sales process by promoting products/services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers
Requirements
- Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to educate our customers on a range of services LRG offer
- Grade C at GCSE level in English Language or equivalent
- Highly motivated and career orientated.
