• Reporting to the Team Leader and joining the client services team in Bracknell
• Act as a point of contact assisting customers with inquiries and booking appointments
• Provide information and cross-selling of additional services
• Contact previous and current clients to discuss opportunities LRG can offer
• Process customers online applications and convert to appointments/leads for local branches
• Assist in the sales process by promoting products/services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers
