About the role
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
- Identify client requirements and match those to Chancellors' property portfolio
- Communicate with clients via telephone and in person, presenting property details effectively
- Manage time and activity to maximise appointments and sales/lettings levels
- Attend all relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and improve performance
- Work within a sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Be target driven and tenacious
- Be able to work effectively within a team
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Good organisational skills
- Drive to be the top of every league table
- Vehicle owner with a full driving licence
- Insured for business use
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Polite and confident telephone manner and able to communicate details effectively
- Ability to manage time effectively to maximise appointments and activity levels
