About the role
- Sell products or services for Paytm and represent the brand
- Manage relationships with customers as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to purchase
- Lead and manage a channel sales team (5+ members) to drive distribution and expansion metrics
- Drive team performance to achieve lucrative incentives and cross-sell opportunities
- Use market knowledge and data tools to grow merchant adoption of QR & Soundbox products
Requirements
- Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
- Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
- Candidate should have good market knowledge
- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
- Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handling experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
- Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred
