About the role

  • Sell products or services for Paytm and represent the brand
  • Manage relationships with customers as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to purchase
  • Lead and manage a channel sales team (5+ members) to drive distribution and expansion metrics
  • Drive team performance to achieve lucrative incentives and cross-sell opportunities
  • Use market knowledge and data tools to grow merchant adoption of QR & Soundbox products

Requirements

  • Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
  • Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
  • Candidate should have good market knowledge
  • Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
  • Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
  • Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
  • More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
  • Team handling experience is a must
  • Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
  • Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred
