About the role
- Own cross-sell motions within assigned accounts by building value, presenting tailored commercial proposals, and negotiating contract expansion
- Serve as a trusted commercial advisor supporting product and adoption discussions and ensuring sustained investment
- Work with Customer Success Manager to identify and qualify expansion opportunities and turn user feedback into measurable revenue growth
- Develop and maintain an accurate account pipeline; partner with CS Leadership on forecasting, reporting, and goal setting for post-sales revenue targets
- Liaise with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to shape and execute commercial strategies and feedback loops
- Build compelling ROI and impact stories leveraging case studies, metrics, and user success to extend accounts
Requirements
- 6-8 years in account or customer success roles — ideally in SaaS or GovTech — with experience in cross-selling or upselling accounts
- Ability to cultivate trust with government or municipal clients and navigate complex decision-making structures
- Ability to analyze usage data, financial metrics, or customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities and shape account plans
- Skilled in influencing stakeholders and negotiating contract terms
- Collaborative and resourceful; able to work in cross-functional fast-moving environments
- Experience in GovTech, flood-risk data, municipal planning, GIS or public-sector workflows (a plus)
