About the role
- You have 5+ years of underwriting experience and will impact customer experience at a mortgage capital markets SaaS
- Daily review of emails from investors for guideline eligibility and ratesheet LLPA changes
- Daily review of internal comparison emails for LLPA changes
- Daily input of Spec Payup LLPAs for existing investors
- Add new products for existing investors as announced
- Troubleshoot escalated customer support tickets and audit existing investors for content accuracy (eligibility and/or LLPAs)
Requirements
- 5+ years of underwriting experience
- Technically oriented – willing to learn new systems quickly and savvy in tools like Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Passionate about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful
- Ability to communicate technical problems in a elegant and tactful way
- Strong communication and writing ability
- Empathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- An understanding of and ability to interpret investor guidelines and ratesheets
