Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle: create pipeline → close → expand
• Break into and systematically develop enterprise accounts, building relationships across key stakeholders
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan, partnering with your SDR to map accounts, prioritize outreach, and generate pipeline
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Drive account expansion within your first year by uncovering new use cases, stakeholders, and budgets
• Multithread across marketing, design, product, and executive stakeholders to increase deal size and durability

• Partner cross-functionally (SDRs, Marketing, Product, CS) to refine messaging and influence GTM strategy, especially for our AI offering

• Navigate complex enterprise procurement and negotiation processes
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and deliver accurate forecasts
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and positioning

Strategic Account Executive – New Business

• Own the full expansion cycle: create pipeline → close → expand within existing enterprise accounts
• Proactively source new opportunities across business units, teams, and geographies
• Build and execute strategic account plans grounded in org mapping, whitespace analysis, and clear growth hypotheses
• Multithread across marketing, design, product, and executive stakeholders to increase deal size and account penetration
• Partner closely with Customer Success to align expansion with renewal strategy and long-term account growth
• Lead consultative, value-driven sales cycles tied to measurable business outcomes
• Run compelling demos, pilots, and POCs that validate new use cases and accelerate adoption
• Navigate complex enterprise procurement, legal, and stakeholder environments
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and deliver accurate forecasts
• Act as the voice of the customer—bringing insights back to Product and GTM teams, especially as we evolve our AI offering

Enterprise Account Executive

Designer

• Partner with the design team to develop high-quality, scalable templates that empower customers to quickly launch impactful experiences in Ceros Flex.
• Translate and transform existing Ceros Studio projects into Ceros Flex experiences, leveraging Flex features to enhance interactivity, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm concepts, wireframe solutions, and design digital-first, interactive experiences.
• Contribute to the adoption and evolution of Ceros Flex by creating content within the platform, refining workflows, and providing product feedback as the platform continues to develop.
• Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across Flex-based projects.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Deliver key insights regarding both financial and business metrics, and provide strategic advice to facilitate decision-making in a timely manner
• Support the improvement and operation of the company's financial model, including headcount projections, cost and vendor expense management, and detailed revenue forecasting
• Help lead the long-term, annual, and quarterly forecasting process
• Prepare financial and KPI data for monthly/quarterly board and executive reporting
• Own management reporting and partner with the business on expense controls and management
• Responsible for owning and maintaining a system implementation
• Assist in financial-related work streams in connection with future capital-raise activities
• Develop sustainable and scalable processes for ongoing financial reporting and review.

Sales Development Rep

• Build and maintain a pipeline of Outbound qualified leads, achieving quotas by leveraging AI for high-velocity prospecting.
• Responsible for spending 3-4 hours a day prospecting via cold calling to source meetings for your New Business Director.
• Manage multiple vendor-forward and homegrown AI tools, moving seamlessly between platforms to optimize your workflow.
• Take ownership of AI agents. You will be responsible for the creativity behind their deployment, monitoring their performance, and auditing their output to ensure brand alignment.
• Generate qualified Outbound meetings for our new business pod through sophisticated, high-touch phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
• Manage the hand-off to sales executives and maintain pristine data integrity within our Hubspot CRM.
