Talent Resourcer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- proactively sourcing independent consultant/interim talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods
- screening candidates against role requirements and Agile Talent Community criteria
- writing and posting adverts across multiple channels, ensuring they're on-brand and inclusive
- keeping candidates engaged and well-informed from the first contact with you
- tracking campaign performance and feeding MI into team reporting
- supporting continuous improvement across the resourcing process
Requirements
What you’ll need- demonstrable resourcing and recruitment experience from a fast-paced commercial environment
- experience in an in-house talent or resourcing function, ideally within professional services
- experience managing a full sourcing lifecycle, from research through to shortlist
- proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable direct-sourcing tools
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- accurate and diligent in data entry, with a track record of maintaining data quality standards within an ATS or CRM system
- experience with talent mapping and pipeline building
- knowledge of D&I best practice in recruitment, including inclusive job advert writing
- experience managing job board advertising campaigns
