What you’ll need

Exposure and understanding of professional services/consulting organisations

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on direct sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn recruiter, talent pools and market mapping)
Experience of dealing with multiple vacancies across Advisory service lines
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Consistent delivery of exceptional candidate experience
Proactive relationship management and market insight
