Requirements
What you’ll need- Exposure and understanding of professional services/consulting organisations
- Experience of delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on direct sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn recruiter, talent pools and market mapping)
- Experience of dealing with multiple vacancies across Advisory service lines
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Consistent delivery of exceptional candidate experience
- Proactive relationship management and market insight
