Prospect and close new business opportunities through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
Recruit and engage referral partners and resellers who can influence opportunities within your region and enroll them in our partner program.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of account details.
Accurately represent technology solutions with a keen focus on safety outcomes to customers.
Communicate how technology integrates into customers’ strategic and operational plans.
Participate in conferences, tradeshows, and industry events to expand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Operations, Marketing, and Product to align solutions with customer needs and improve the overall client experience.
Provide regular forecasts, activity reports, and updates on pipeline health and progress toward goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of CENTEGIX products, solutions, and the competitive landscape within the government vertical.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of proven success in Government or Public Sector sales, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, or safety/security technology.
Demonstrated success securing net-new business while expanding and retaining strategic relationships.
Established relationships with senior-level administrators, IT, and public safety decision-makers within the government sector.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with comfort engaging executive and C-level stakeholders.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM, G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom; disciplined in maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting.
Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong strategic thinking and accountability.
Consistent record of performance and achievement against sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
High level of business acumen with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Willingness to travel as needed across the assigned region.
